Strawberry Soup

Some of you had commented how you LOVE cold soups when I posted the Rasberry Soup. I remembered a strawberry one that I first tasted a few years ago when my sisters and I had a birthday tea for my Mom. It is super yummy, creamy, and always well received.

Here it is:
1 quart strawberries, cap removed and washed
1/3 cup ginger ale or sierra mist
¼ cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Enjoy!

Be Blessed!

I really am digging the combination of strawberries, sour cream and the ginger ale. That sounds great :D
