Barbequed Ribs

Every now and then these are a must. And last night was one of those times. They are simple to prepare and totally delicious!

You will need:

3 racks baby back ribs
Natures seasoning

For the sauce:
20 ounces Sweet Baby Rays Barbecue sauce
12 ounces ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Rinse ribs and pat dry. Sprinkle a generous amount of Nature's Seasoning on both sides of the ribs.

Put into a roaster and cover completely with water.

Cover tightly with tin foil and bake for 4 to 4½ hours at 350°.

Remove from oven.

Cut into serving sized pieces, and transfer to another baking/serving dish.

Combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well. Spoon over each individual rib section.

Return to oven and bake until the sauce is baked onto the ribs. About ½ hour. Remove from oven and serve.

Delicious served with a fresh green salad and potato of your choice.

Be Blessed!
