Caramel Peanut Butter Dip for Apples and Bananas

I was messin' around in the kitchen a few nights ago, hungry for something, but not really for anything that was ready to grab and go. I kept thinking of apples... and caramel dip... and peanut butter. Trying to decide which to eat, if any, when an idea was born. (Someone, somewhere has done this before, I'm sure, but I haven't had the pleasure of tasting it.) Why not put them all together in one dip? Couldn't hurt to try. So I did. My taste buds were happy!!

16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup brown sugar
¾ cup peanut butter
3-4 teaspoons vanilla
1 Tablespoon milk

Put all together in a mixing bowl and with a hand mixer beat until light and fluffy. Serve with apples and bananas. Enjoy!
