Easy Chicken Cutlets


I had some crushed homemade croutons that I needed to use for something so I cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts in half;


and dipped them in beaten egg and then into the crouton crumbs and baked it @ 375° for about 25 minutes. So easy, and so good. No drama at the table when I make this kind of thing! ☺ They loved it!
