Fluffy Eggs with Veggies


This was my lunch today. I felt like I was famished and decided I need a little bit more than an apple and some almonds. It was very satisfying! and piping hot!☺

I sauteed onions, mushrooms, and tender asparagus in light olive oil, then cooked two eggs and enough milk to equal 1 egg (beaten together). Combine them and enjoy.
