Baked Chicken Fingers
Here is another quick and simple main dish that has saved me many times. I usually serve it with a salad of some kind. The children all approve of this supper and last night as Anthony left the table he said,"That was an awesome supper Mom." I love to hear those words! ☺
Here are the ingredients:
3 pounds chicken tenders
I didn't take pictures of it but I like to trim off the thin white membrane (it pulls of easily) on the top of the chicken finger and the hard white thingy at the end of the chicken finger. I do not like to bite into either of these things!
2 cups fine bread crumbs
½ cup parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
2 teaspoonsgarlic powder
1½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
1½ sticks butter, melted
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spray with non stick spray. Dip chicken fingers into butter
and then into crumbs.
Lay them on the baking pan and bake @ 375° for 25-30 minutes or until tender and no longer pink inside.
This amount serves approximately 7 people.
Be Blessed!
