Lite Lunch Idea

Today I was hungry for a simple wrap. My sister Becky makes wonderful wraps and I learned from her. While they are nothing new or fancy or difficult to prepare she can make you feel like you're eating gourmet food when it's even something as simple as a wrap. The dipping Sauce adds a nice zip.

1 - 10 inch Sun dried Tomato tortilla
2 thin slices deli turkey breast
                                                            2 thin slices deli ham
1 thin slice swiss cheese, cut in half
                                                            Lettuce
                                                            Thin sliced tomatoes
                                                            Thin sliced onion strings

Heat the tortilla in the microwave for about 15 seconds, this makes it more pliable,  put meat slices and cheese on top, then add tomatoes and onions.

Carefully bring both sides in towards the center and tuck the edges in and roll towards the top. The more stuff you put on the harder it is to roll it. I like everything sliced very thin and then use plenty of lettuce. Cut in half and serve with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce.

                                                             Dipping Sauce:
                                                             ½ cup oil
                                                             ¼ cup sugar
                                                             1½ tablespoons vinegar
                                                             1½ tablespoons honey
                                                             1 tablespoon lemon juice
                                                             ½ teaspoon salt
                                                             ¾ teaspoon dry mustard
                                                             1 tablespoon miracle whip
                                                             1 teaspoon prepared honey mustard
*This makes 1 cup of sauce.*

                                                                            Enjoy!

Be Blessed!
