Flatbread Pizza Rollups

Easy, Simple, Delicious

Oh how I love thee!

If you are short on time or in the mood for a switch from the regular kind of pizza crust, these flat breads are perfect, and satisfying too.

My friend MariJo inspired me to try these ☺ and the children like them a lot! It's easy to personalize them, and the added bonus is that you can roll them up and eat them without utensils.

These are the ingredients I had on hand and used this evening:

Pizza Sauce
4 sausage patties
Mini Pepperonis
Mozzerella cheese
Romano cheese
Onion
Green Pepper

Preheat oven to 350°.

Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Lay Flat Bread on the paper and spread with 1¼ tablespoons pizza sauce on each.

Thaw the sausage in the microwave and cut up in small squares.

Divide evenly between 6 Flat Breads. Add whatever toppings you desire. Keep in mind that you want to roll it. if you load it up too much you can't. ☺ Sprinkle with cheeses and mini pepperonis.

Pop into the oven and bake for around 10 minutes. If you bake them too much more then this the edges will be crisp and not make a neat roll. Learned this from experience. It was still yummy, but food should look pretty. It goes down easier.

Remove from oven and let set for a minute or two. Then roll gently.

Make them and watch them disappear!

Be Blessed!
