Steak Marinade
This is a marinade that I have used a lot for steak and we love it! The children all enjoy it as well which is always a plus!
1 cup water
¾ cup soy sauce
¼ cup oil
¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
Salt
Pepper
Combine and pour over steaks and allow to marinade several hours, turning steaks to make sure they are evenly marinaded.
I like to poke the steaks with a fork so the marinade gets all the way through quicker.
Cover and refrigerate. Allow to rest at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes before grilling. Let your grill get good and hot then grill steaks to your desired doneness. This is always my hubby's job so I can't give you any great tips for this.
there he is, waitin' on the steaks ☺
♥and here is Serena keeping him company and lovin' on her new puppy 'Sophie'♥
And this was the end result of the grilled steaks and our menu for that particular night. Yum!! The Garlic Parmesan butter was delicious on the steak!
